Emma begged all week to go to the 1st game of the season for the high school. They must have done a great job talking it up at school. I haven't been to a high school game since I graduated high school which was a A LONG TIME AGO! This game is the biggest rivalry of the season and a very big game. I had somewhat of an idea how big it was but didn't think much about it! I learned just what to expect though after this game. We had to park a LONG way away and carry 2 kiddos in which about killed us in the heat. We were all drenched with sweat by the time we got there. We did see Emma's teacher though and she was dying to see her! We made it till halfway through halftime which was pretty good in my book. Here are some pictures I took in between wiping sweat and carrying little ones.

Bless them, they look tired in this picture from heat!
Halftime show!
I wish we could say we made it to the end of halftime but we didn't. It was a hot mess! We came, we went and we had fun so that's all that matters!!
